Feeling tired, stiff and overwhelmed by your to-do list? 🍃
 
Join us for a refreshing morning of movement, connection and self-care in nature.  Allow yourself to unwind, move your body gently and release stress through calming breathing techniques. Together, we’ll uplift each other and create a space where you can feel accomplished and rejuvenated. Let’s make time for YOU! 🙌

What to Expect:


We'll start our session with Mindful Walk to disconnect from the noise and connect to ourselves.
You'll be guided by your breathwork coach through simple Breathing Exercises to calm the mind and energise your body.
Then we explore some Gentle Stretching and Body Movement to release any built up tension.
You will be walking, standing, moving, sitting down on a chair. 

This session is led by a certified breathwork coach Lucie @luneco.wellbeing.

What to Bring:

 
  • Loose comfortable clothing (fitness or yoga wear).
  • Drinking water.
  • Sunscreen if needed to re-apply.
  • Hat & Sunglasses (optional).
  • Yoga mat if you prefer to sit down on the ground.
