Breathwork Classes


Small group breathwork evenings in Noraville.

 
Up to 8 people. 60 minutes. No experience needed.

Each session is themed - build around what your nervous system most needs right now. Stress relief, better sleep, releasing overwhelm, building resilience - every class has a focus and a structure designed to take you somewhere.

You'll move gently, breathe intentionally and leave feeling noticeably different to how you arrived.

Come to 
one session or come to all of them. There's no commitment - just show up.

EVENING CALM Class

 
Unwind from the demands of your day with this soothing Restorative Breathwork Flow.
Through slow, mindful breathing, you’ll calm your mind, ease anxiety and create space for deep relaxation. Leave feeling lighter, centred and ready for restful sleep.

 
What to bring (Bullet points)

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable clothing.
  • An open mind.
  • Nothing else - mats, cushions and blankets are provided.
