3. Bookings and Cancellations

3.1 Booking Services: Services can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability.
3.2 Cancellation Policy:
  • Individual Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling of individual sessions must be made at least 6 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $50 payable via bank transfer within 7 days from the service date. Cancellation with less than 2 hour notice or failure to attend the session will result in full fee payable, equivalent to that of your booked appointment.
  • Group Sessions and Events: Cancellations for group sessions and events must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of any fees paid.
3.3 Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for a session, the session will end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged for the full session.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing: All prices for services, events, and products are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including Contactless Square Payments With Tap To Pay on phone, cash, and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise specified.
4.3 Refund Policy: Refunds are available under the following conditions:
  • Individual Sessions: Refunds for cancellations made at least 6 hours in advance.
  • Group Sessions and Events: Refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Products: Refunds or exchanges are available for defective products within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is returned in its original condition.

5. Service Terms

5.1 Therapeutic Massage: All therapeutic massage services are provided by qualified and licensed practitioners. You must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to receiving treatment. Our massage services are intended to promote relaxation and well-being, not as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
5.2 Breathwork and Body-Mind Wellbeing Sessions: Our breathwork and body-mind wellbeing sessions are designed to support mental and emotional wellness. These sessions are not intended to diagnose or treat any medical or psychological conditions. Participation is voluntary, and you should consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practices.
5.3 Online Sessions: Online sessions are conducted through secure platforms. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for the session. We are not liable for any technical issues that may arise during an online session.
5.4 Group Sessions and Events: Group sessions and events are subject to availability and may have specific terms and conditions, including minimum attendance requirements. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule group sessions and events due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 General Disclaimer: Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to provide the highest quality services, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided on our website or through our services.
