3. Bookings and Cancellations
3.1 Booking Services: Services can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability.3.2 Cancellation Policy:
- Individual Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling of individual sessions must be made at least 6 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $50 payable via bank transfer within 7 days from the service date. Cancellation with less than 2 hour notice or failure to attend the session will result in full fee payable, equivalent to that of your booked appointment.
- Group Sessions and Events: Cancellations for group sessions and events must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of any fees paid.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing: All prices for services, events, and products are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. - Products: Refunds or exchanges are available for defective products within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
