Take a deep breath and unwind at our Free Community Breathwork Session in the park in Noraville.  This relaxing 60-minute event is designed to help you release stress, calm your mind and reconnect with your body through gentle, guided breathing techniques. 
 
Experience how simple breathwork can bring clarity, relaxation and balance - and discover the benefits of joining our new Breathwork Classes launching in November. 

This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners who have never tried breathwork before.

You'll be guided through a calming flow of conscious breathing and mindfulness practices to help you feel more grounded, relaxed and recharged.
