I am so glad to have found Lucie locally. I am always worried when I try a new massage therapist that they won’t have a strong enough pressure - I’m not looking for someone to just rub oil on me. Lucie hit all the marks with the right balance of strength, and without that “omg please move on” thought running through my mind.
Lucie’s space is gorgeous, has a relaxing vibe, a comfortable massage table, and easy parking.
It’s clear Lucie has a great understanding of the human body. I couldn’t believe the extra value she added to my first session, we talked about what areas I needed work in, what my daily activities look like, she did some range of motion tests and she even recommended some movements and stretches to do to help prevent tension and injury moving forward.
When we repeated the range of motion tests after my massage, there was a clear improvement.
